Description

8 Week Fruit Share

WFCF maintains a partnership with Autumn Hills Orchard to provide an 8-week Fruit Share. All fruit is grown in Groton, MA using IPM (Integrated Pest Management) growing methods. Each week you will receive 4-5 pounds of fruit depending on the week, growing conditions, and fruit availability for 8 weeks beginning at the end of August through mid October (exact dates are dependent on Autumn Hills Orchard's crop production).

In late August and early September you can expect peaches, nectarines, plums, and apples. The remaining weeks will consist mostly of pears and several unique and delicious apple varieties. **We aim to bring you a strong variety of fruit but as with all things agricultural, crop availability is highly dependent on growing conditions. In the event that Autumn Hills Orchard’s crop is unable to provide fruit for the share, you will be refunded for the full amount of the share.**

Why “Donor Covers Cost” is So Important

We have modestly raised our 2025 CSA prices to help cover our increasing expenses

One of the fastest growing areas of expenses for our organizations are fees we incur for processing credit cards. In 2024, WFCF incurred more than $22,000 in credit card processing fees.

By covering the cost of your transaction today, you are helping us to meet our operating costs, and to remain focused on our mission of cultivating sustainable and equitable relationships between people, their food supply, and the land from which it grows. Thank you for doing so.
