For teens 13 - 17 years of age.
Through collaborative planning and implementation, teens take a leadership role in the Education growing spaces on the farm - in winter, spring summer and fall! This special program designed just for teens encourages learning through shared experiences in agriculture, culinary arts, animal care, garden management, and explorations in food system equity and accessibility.
Project-based learning activities are focussed on empowering teens through skill building while exploring topics including social justice through equitable food systems, wellness & nutrition, environmental stewardship & protection, current climate-based events, and the impact of our food systems on our communities.
VIEW OUR PREPARATION PAGE for information about what to wear and what to bring to all on-farm programs.

Why “Donor Covered Cost” is So Important One of the fastest growing areas of expense for our organizations are fees we incur for processing credit cards. In 2024, WFCF incurred more than $22,000 in credit card processing fees. By covering the cost of your transaction today, you are helping us to meet our operating costs, and to remain focused on our mission of cultivating sustainable and equitable relationships between people, their food supply, and the land from which it grows. Thank you for doing so when you can.
