Adult Yoga on the Farm

Saturday, June 18, 2022

  10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.  (60 minute practice followed by optional 30 minute cool down in the Learning Garden)

$15.00 per registrant

Join guest instructror, Nicole Seigel, owner and operator of WonderYoga in Arlington, MA, for a mindful moring in the fresh farm air, connecting to the natural world that surrounds you and recharge your mind and spirit. Gather on the farm for a 60 minute Yoga practice.  Optional 30 minute cool down in the Learning Garden with refreshing herbed teas made from our garden bounty to follow. 

This session is designed for adult practicioners of all levels, from beginner to advanced. All are welcome.

More About Nicole Siegel:  Nicole Siegel is the proud owner of Wonder Yoga, experienced yoga teacher and movement therapist.  With 20 years of experience in the Greater Boston health and wellness community, Nicole embraces holistic modalities to empower her students to connect with their authentic selves.  She has a passion for whole body wellness and the ability to connect mind, body and spirit through breath, movement, and self-study.  She continuously strives to let go of the internal chatter and external distractions and simply be.  Nicole holds a master's degree from Lesley University in Dance Movement Therapy and Mental Health Counseling.  She received her 200 and 300 hour yoga teaching certification through the Yoga of Energy Flow.  
* Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.  There will be a limited number of mats available to borrow for those that do not have one on hand. 
* Covid safety recomendations will be shared closer to the scheduled date of this program.  We continue to offer optional disposable masks, hand sanitizer and hand washing stations.
